You can buy StickMe premium via Discord directly. Just click on the bot and in the bot's profile press "Upgrade".

Discord hides app subscriptions a bit which might make the cancel button hard to find 😞.

If you want to cancel your subscription head over to your profile => Subscriptions. There find the "Premium Apps" category and click "Manage Subscriptions".
