Recreate Message After User

This is a premium feature.

In this mode StickMe recreates the Discord message after a given user writes a message. At most once every minute.

Example:

• Sticky message was created
• User A writes a message (not in the allowance list)
• User B writes a message (in the allowance list)
• The sticky message gets recreated
