v0.2.2 fixes a few issues introduced with v0.2.0 and added some small improvements.

Fixes:

• Fix issue that editing the recreation interval sometimes did not update the message correctly.
• Fix issue that in some cases the recreation of sticky messages was broken.

Improvements:

• Send error message if sticky message is too long.
• Send a more helpful error message if an invalid parameter was passed on /sticky remove/unstick.
• If channel does not have a sticky entry, Sticky Edit now sends a more helpful error message.
